Miguel Perez Jaime was born October 25, 1953, in Chupicuaro, Guanajuato, Mexico, to Jesus and Ernestina Jaime. He came to Wasco in 1975, and married Joaquina Trevino on June 13, 1985, in Bakersfield. Miguel enjoyed his garden, cooking traditional mexican food, and family get togethers. Miguel was a fun loving person who enjoyed joking around. Miguel is survived by his wife, Joaquina; sons, Miguel Jaime, Jr. Julian Jaime and wife, Mary Villanueva, Sebastian Jaime, and Simon Jaime; step-son, Samuel M. Trevino; daughter, Gabriella Jaime, all of Wasco; brothers and sisters-in-law, Juan and Cristina of Greenfield, Jesus and Christina, Pedro and Maria, Trinidad and Leticia Jaime all of Shafter; sister, Porfiria and husband, Roberto Morales of Ramona, Ca; 3 grandchildren. Recitation of the Holy Rosary was held at Peters Funeral Home on Thursday, June 14, 2007, at 7pm, for Miguel Perez Jaime, age 53, of Wasco, who passed away June 12, 2007, in Bakersfield. Mass of the Christian Burial was celebrated Friday, June 15, 2007, at 10am. Father Pedro Umana of St. Therese's Catholic Church officiated the service and interment followed at Shafter Memorial Park.
