Michael Leo Smith was born in Bakersfield, California, on August 10, 2013 to Ross Leo Smith & Letha Mae (Franks) Smith. Me married Mary Patricia St. John and had two children Brianna and Matthew. Michael was 51 years old when he passed away in his home on February 23, 2013 in Bakersfield, California. HE was a resident of Bakersfield. Michael is survived by his wife Mary and two children Brianna and Matthew; his sisters Peggy Warren and Marilyn Foote. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Allen and Maye Smith and Jimmy and Lillian Franks.
