Michael was born in Delano, California on November 29, 1946. Michael was a great husband, father, great grandfather. He enjoyed life and his family. Michael passed away on October 12, 2020 in Bakersfield, California. He will be missed. Michael is survived by his wife, Jane Cupps; sons, Clifton Cupps, Mike Cupps Jr.; daughters, Lori Nucomb, Jody Cupps; 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
