Matthew Dale Kennedy was born in Bakersfield on April 12, 1982 to Debra Kay (Ried) and Raymond Dale Kennedy. Matthew is survived by his wife Ashley Marie Presley and two loving daughters, Katherine Marie, 3 years old and Mattalyn Denise, 7 weeks old; mother, Debra Kennedy, father Raymond Dale Kennedy, step-mother Shawna M. Kennedy; Grandparents Bernice Ried and Gary and Debora Weaver and loved by many aunts, uncles, cousins and will be missed by all who knew him. Visitation will be held for Matthew Dale Kennedy, age 26, who died on November 5, 2008 at the UCLA Medical Center, .Monday and Tuesday at Peters Funeral Home in Shafter from 2-8pm. With the Funeral Service on Wednesday at 11A. M at Peters Funeral Home in Shafter. Interment to follow at Shafter Memorial Park.
