Mary C. (Smith) Williamson was born on December 2, 1942 in Wilburton, Oklahoma to Allen and Maye (Mosteller) Smith. She married Doyne Williamson on July 14, 1961 in Shafter, California and was truly blessed with their 51 year marriage. Mary was a loving wife, mother, "grandma," daughter, sister and friend to all who knew her. She will be greatly missed by all. Mary Williamson completed 70 years of life when she passed away on June 18, 2013 in Hollywood, California. Mary Williamson is survived by her husband Doyne; children Brian Williamson of Bakersfield, California and Renee' Sandvick and husband Chris of Ardmore, Oklahoma; grandchildren Carisa Roberson and husband Greg of Ada, Oklahoma, Brindi Talley of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Bo Talley of Norman, Oklahoma and Carlee Sandwick of Ardmore, Oklahoma; great-grandchildren Gracie, Hannah and Jordan Roberson of Ada, Oklahoma; sister Betty Hester Sheats and husband Jim of Bakersfield, California; brother Bud Smith and wife Letha of Shafter, California; numerous brother and sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents Allen and Maye Smith; brothers Roy Smith and wife Wanda, Jim Smith and wife Pearl. Mary Williamson's funeral services, under the direction of Peters Funeral Home, will be held at 10am on June 24, 2013 at the Peters Funeral Home Chapel in Shafter, California with a burial at the Shafter Memorial Park immediately following.
