Mary Alice (Carmona) McGowen born July 27, 1965 died August 20, 2017 at the age of 52 years old. She is survived by her three sons and one daughter: Rodney Daniel McGowen, Brian Patrick McGowen, Daniel Luis Garcia, Victoria Inez McGowen and husband Carlos Rojas Poblino. Mary was a devoting mother, caring aunt, loving wife and loyal friend to many. Mary was a music enthusiast who enjoyed country, hip hop and spanish music. Mary could often be found dancing around her home with a coffee cup in one hand and a cigarette in the other. Mary loved traveling to the beach every opportunity she got and even appreciated a beer or two. Her contagious smile and loving personality will be loved and missed by all. A viewing will be held on Thursday, August 31, 2017 from 4-8pm at Peters Funeral Home in Shafter, Ca. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 1, 2017 at 10am at Shafter Memorial Park.
