Marilyn Dean was born on April 9, 1953 in Bude, Mississippi. Marilyn had 3 children, Latanya Washington, Mandale Griffin and Shawntaye Dean. Marilyn was three children of seven. Her parents were Elbert and Mary Griffin Who precede her in death. She graduated from Monrovia High School in 1970. Marilyn worked as a caretaker for fifteen years in Wasco. She married Melvin Dean in 1974. She leaves behind her beloved family. Her Siblings, Mary Jean Malone, Lee Griffin, (Jackie) Delores Griffin, and Doris Griffin. She leaves 4 sisters in laws and 4 brothers in laws, 8 grandchildren and 2 great grand children aunts, Lela Bellamy, Leslie Mae Keys and a host of nephews and nieces, cousin and Friends. Her brothers, Truly Spriggs and Robert (Rocky) Lynn Griffin preceded her in death
