Marcos Ray Cabezuela was born to the late Joe Louis Cabezuela and Teresa Cabezuela in Chula Vista, CA on August 2,1974. Growing up, he loved to spend time with his friends and family. His favorite sport to play was baseball. He claimed he was the fastest runner on the team. His favorite team was the San Diego Padres.

Marcos was blessed with a large and loving family. He married the love of his life, Kristina Cabezuela, in Bakersfield, CA in 1999. He is survived by his wife Kristina, five children Joshua (Jazmin), Paolina (Jovan), Gabriel, Anthony, Nico, late Marcos Jr, seven grandchildren Liam, Aaron, Nolan, Benjamin, Gianni, and two on the way, siblings Tina, Valerie, and Joe. He was also a father figure to many nephews and nieces.

Marcos was very wise. He was a loving father, husband, grandfather, brother, uncle, son in law, and friend. He was the pillar of our family. He welcomed everyone around him with open arms and ensured everyone they were loved. He was a light in everyone's lives and brought joy to any room he walked into. His witty humor was unlike any other, and he never failed to put a smile on anyone's face. Every weekend he would gather family at his house to barbecue, watch sports, and enjoy one another's company. Family was always his number one priority. We all look forward to the day when we see him again.
