Dad passed away November 2, 2023, at the age of 95 surrounded by his children and grandchildren.

He was born in Ft. Hancock, Texas and moved his family to Bakersfield, California in 1963.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Manuela Flores, children Myrna Mirelez (Al), Benjamin Flores (Julie), Yvonne Saldana and Brenda De La Garza; Brother, Arturo Flores; 10 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

Our Dad will be remembered for his sense of humor, delicious tamales and menudo, and his love for his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

During a time like this we realize how much our friends and family really mean to us…Your expression of sympathy will always be remembered.
