Macedonia M. Dominguez (Celia) was born on September 12, 1924, in Colorado City, Texas, to Eusebio and Micaela Marin. In 1943 her family migrated from Texas to Bakersfield; she was active in her faith with Our Lady of Guadalupe Church since 1952. She passed away on June 14, 2011. Services will be on Monday, June 20, 2011; commencing with 9:30 am visitation at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, Mass at 10 am and interment immediately following at Union Cemetery. Celia is preceded in death, by her parents Eusebio and Micaela; husband Juan Sr. (2000); son Juan Jr. (2005) and numerous relatives. She is survived by her sister/niece Laura Marin Nunez, son Tony and wife Diana; daughter Sally and husband Mike Felix; grandchildren Paul Felix, Erik Felix, Adrian Dominguez and wife Dawn.
