Louise Dozhier was born September 11, 1929 in Hale Center, Texas, to Charlie and Lidy Perkins. She went home to be with the Lord, October 12, 2017 in Shafter, California. She is survived by her son Jerry Dozhier, of Michigan, grandchildren, Kenny Dozhier, of Bakersfield, CA, Chris (Tracy) Dozhier, Shafter, CA and Jennifer Fague, of Montana, Great Grandchild, Tyson Dozhier, numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Rufus Dozhier, son, Kenneth Dozhier, daughter, Janet Dozhier and 7 siblings. The family would like to thank Golden Living Center of Shafter and Dr. Komin for her exceptional care. Visitation is Tuesday, October 17, 2017 from 4-8pm at Peters Funeral Home, Shafter Funeral Service is Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at 1pm at Peters Funeral Home Chapel, Shafter. Interment to follow at Shafter Memorial Park
