Lisa was born August 6, 1959, in Bakersfield, California to Norman and Clara Rogerson. She was the youngest of five children. She was raised in McFarland and was a graduate of McFarland High School. On October 1, 1977, she married her high school sweetheart, Jerry. Together, they raised two sons, Dustin and Matthew. In 1991, the family moved to Bakersfield. Lisa was a working wife and mother with a career in the medical field that spanned over 20 years. She retired in 2018 to spend more time with her two beloved grandsons, Tucker and Cooper. Lisa cherished all the boys in her life, and they greatly loved her. She enjoyed camping trips to the beach in the family RV with her husband and boys. Her greatest joy in life was being a mother and grandmother. On November 11, 2021, with her husband and two sons by her side, Lisa was called home. She is preceded in death by her parents Norman and Clara Rogerson and her brother Terry Rogerson. Lisa is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Jerry, sons Dustin and Matthew, and two grandsons Tucker and Cooper. Also survived by sister Debbie (Randy) Brewer, brother Gary (Karen) Rogerson, brother Ronald (Debbie) Rogerson, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Lisa lived a simple, happy life and she will be greatly missed.
