Mom passed peacefully and went home to be with God on Thursday, September 19, at age 56. She was born in Wasco, California to Melvin and Billy Menser. She grew up in Wasco where she was well known for her nick name fender bender which was given to her by her friends. Linda became a bank teller where she met her husband and then started her life as a wonderful housewife and mom. Linda was survived by her husband, Mike Waters: daughter, Melissa Waters: son, Mikell Waters and his wife Breanna Waters: daughter, Kenzie Waters and her fiancé D.J. Nolan; and her 6 grandbabies, Brogan, Kali, Kaci, Garrett, Brennan, and Kami who she absolutely adored. Linda was a very proud Nana and loved doing anything she could for her grandbabies. She was a loving wife for 32 years and an awesome mom, friend, aunt, and LaLa. She was a very out spoken, tell-it-how-it-is, kind of person. She will be greatly missed. Until we meet again in heaven! Services are under the direction of Peters Funeral Home, Wasco and will be held Wednesday, September 25 at 10 am at Wasco Memorial Park. A gathering will be held immediately following at the Waters residence.
