IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Linda R.
Nebre
December 18, 1952 – February 14, 2025
Linda R. Nebre at the age of 72 passed away on February 14th, 2025 at her home in Delano, California surrounded by her loving family. Linda was born on December 18th, 1952 in Fresno, California to Jesse and Lupe Ramirez. Linda attended Roosevelt High School where during these years she met the love of her life, Pete Nebre. Linda married Pete on November 20th, 1971, and were each other's lifelong companions, together they built a beautiful life filled with love and laughter, married for fifty-three years. Together they were blessed with four wonderful children. She faced challenges with grace and strength always centering the importance of family and love.
She is lovingly survived by her husband Pete Nebre and three daughters: Lisa Nebre, Rosalinda Nebre-Perez, and Lupe Nebre-Perez. Along with her eleven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren also her three siblings Rosie, David, and Helen where she cherished each moment spent with them. Linda was predeceased by her son Peter Nebre Jr., her parents Jesse and Lupe Ramirez, and sisters Rachel Ramirez and Marylou Flores. Linda was loved by everyone and gave so much love back. Even as her health declined, she never lost her spirit. She embodied what it meant to be a devoted wife, mother, Nana, sister, Tia, and friend. She worried more about comforting us than being comfortable herself and continued to be the source of strength for our family until the very end. As we reflect on her life let us remember not only the heartache of her passing but also the immeasurable love she gave. Thank you Linda, Nana, wife, and Tia for the love, joy, and laughter you shared with all of us. You will always hold a special place in our hearts.
