Laura Allen, 92, died Feb. 8, 2009, in Jacksonville, Fla. She was born in Crabtree, Pa., to the late Ralph and Florence DeSantie and was married to George Allen, who predeceased her in 1999. She also was preceded in death by three brothers, two sisters and one grandchild. Survivors include her sons, Kenneth Allen of El Cajon and Donald Allen of Morongo Valley; her daughter, Pamela Privett of Jacksonville, Fla.; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. Feb. 13 at Riverside National Cemetery
