Kenneth, our sweet and loving dad, went home to be with his wife, Janice, on April 28, 2023 after a battle with Alzheimer's disease. He was born to Richard and Renie McCormick in Reedly, California and grew up in the Shafter area. He was married to his late wife, Janice McCormick, for 55 years. Kenneth was a proud army veteran. He worked for Pactiv for 40 years and retired from there in 2012. He spent years in service to God as an associate pastor and ministering within his church family. Kenneth loved God, his family, and friends. He also loved learning and speaking Spanish. He was a loving brother, husband, father, Grandfather, and Great Grandfather.

He leaves behind a son, Kenneth McCormick Jr. (Sherri); and daughters, Tina Hill (Shayne) and Gayla Swope (Ken);

15 Grandchildren and 16 Great Grandchildren; his brother, Wayne McCormick of Arkansas; sister, Mary Brooks of Arkansas; and sister Debra Hanson of California; as well as many nieces and nephews.
