Kelly Lynn Stout, age 54, went to be with the Lord on September 13th 2019 after a 15 year battle with breast cancer. Born in Kokomo, Indiana on November 8th 1964 to Cory and Pat Sumner and married to Tom Stout on February 15th 1992, she spent most of her life longing to please her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She is remembered by her family as being a wise, gentle and praying mother and wife. Graduating from Oral Robert's University, serving as a volunteer with Teen Mania Ministries and then joining Tom in missionary service with SIM for the next 27 years; she touched the lives of many with her gentle and gracious spirit that so much reflected Christ's love and acceptance. Kelly and Tom have been continually supported and prayed for by their churches Rosedale Bible Church in Bakersfield California and Family Worship Center in Kokomo, Indiana. Kelly is survived by her husband Tom Stout, children: Denny, James and Romy, sisters: Cindy Brown, Suzi Anderson (Paul), brothers: Cory Sumner (Donna), Chuck Sumner (Debra), and Kim Brown (niece and lifelong friend). We especially want to thanks Dr. Alan Cartmell, Alan Thomas PA, June White, Marcus Harrison, Jackie Sanchez and the rest of the staff at the Comprehensive Blood and Cancer Center for their personal and loving care for Kelly.
