Kelley Queen passed away in Bakersfield on April 30, 2008. Kelley was born in McMinnville, Oregon to Emory and Geneva Queen; he was raised in Arvin and attended all local schools. He met the love of his life, Deanna in October 1993 and married her and her children on January 7, 1994. Together they raised 3 children. Kelley enjoyed spending time at home with his family and EBay! He leaves his wife of 14 years, Deanna Queen; daughters, Danielle and Dena Anfield; son, James Bo Anfield; brothers, Ricky Sandlin and wife Pam, David and wife Phyllis, sisters, Peggy and husband Dan, Kathy, Linda and husband Earle, Kimberly (for which he is eternally grateful) and Julie; numerous nieces and nephews all special in his heart!, his parents-in-law, Billy and Donine Burgess; brother-in-law, Joe Fernandes; and sister-in-law, Denise Collins and family. Kelley was preceded in death by his father Emory, mother, Geneva, brothers, Steven and Ronnie; nephew, Emory and his dog, Trouble. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, May 7 at 3:30pm at Arvin Funeral Home for Kelly Don Queen, age 40, of Arvin who passed away April 30, 2008 in Bakersfield. Inurnment will be private.
