Kayla Isabella Zavala of Arvin passed away July 15, 2009 at the age of 2 after a brief battle with Leukemia. Kayla is survived by her parents, Maria Alverez and Abraham Zavala. Brother Abraham Jr., Grandparents: Bertha Alverez and Maria and Guadalupe Zavala. Aunts: Melissa Pena and Josephine Zavala. Uncles: Mario Alvarez and Adan Zavala. A graveside service was held on Monday July 20 at the S. Kern Cemetery under the direction of The Arvin Funeral Home.
