Graveside services for June Smithson, age 75, of Lamont, California were Thursday, June 23, 2011, 10 am, in the outdoor chapel at Arvin Cemetery. June was an amazing and strong woman that always had a smile on her face. She enjoyed hours of gardening, reading her scriptures, watching gospel programs and spending time with her family and friends. The Lord called her home quickly on June 16, 2011. Welcoming her to Heaven are her parents Tony and Velma Greenlee, Brother Tommy Greenlee, Sons Tony Moore and Walter Alan Smithson. She will be awaiting the arrival of her Brothers James Greenlee and Wife Lynn of Bakersfield, Bob Greenlee and Wife Wileva of Norma, OK, Sister Lenamae Hieser of Bakersfield, Sons Doug Moore and life partner Deanett, Danny Moore of San Clemente, CA, Daughter Doris Jung and Husband Ronnie of Lamont, Granddaughter Annette Porter and Husband Michael of Lamont, Grandsons Brad Jung and Wife Heather of Bakersfield, Blaine and Zachary Moore, of Portland, OR, Jeremy, Gannon, and Olen Moore of San Clemente, CA Great Granddaughters Mackenzie, Kercie, and Allie, Great Grandson Bryson, special nephew Michael Hieser and Wife Patty , along with numerous Nieces and Nephews and her beloved dog Lacy.
