Juan loved his family and having his family over for social gatherings, especially his grandchildren and great- grandchildren. He had a passion for roosters and enjoyed raising them. Juan is survived by his wife, Elisa H. Ceja; daughters, Alma Cervantes (Delfino), Manuela Ceja, Myra Ceja (Emilio); son, Miguel Ceja (Tim); grandchildren, Delfino, Vanessa, Brenda, Cecilia, Leonel, Hector; great- grandchildren, Noah, Jayden, Osyel; 7 brothers and sisters.
