Juan Carlos Ochoa was born on July 7, 1972 in Los Angeles, California, to Consuelo and Carlos Ochoa. He attended Wasco local schools. He moved to Arizona to work in the concrete business after a few years, he returned to Wasco with his family. Juan Carlos enjoyed reading, writing and drawing. He always had many friends. Juan Carlos is preceded in death by his father Carlos (2009). He is survived by his mother Consuelo, his brothers, Victor Ochoa and wife Marisela, Michael Ochoa and Robert Ochoa. Recitation of the Holy Rosary was held at Peters Funeral Home on Monday, October 4, 2010 at 7 pm for Juan Carlos Ochoa , age 38, of Wasco, who passed away September 27, 2010 Omaha, Nebraska. Mass of Christian Burial was said Tuesday, October 5, at 10am at St. John's Catholic Church. Father Lucas Esperiqueta officiated the service and interment followed at Wasco Memorial Park. A visitation was held at Peters Funeral Home on October 4, 2010 from 2-8 pm.
