Obituary
Joyce passed away on Thursday, Nov 01, 2018 at her residence in Wasco. She was born on Dec 05, 1938 in Wheaterford, OK to James and Lorene Willingham. She is survived by her Spouse, Robert Lee Stallman of Wasco, brother, James Willingham, Jr. (Wanda) of Florence, Oregon, nephew, Ricky Stallman of Wasco and numerous other nieces and nephews. Joyce and Robert where active members of the Wasco CB Club. She loved sewing, crafts, fishing, camping and traveling to see new places.
