Joseph was born in Delano and grew up in the Shafter area. He attended local elementary schools and graduated from Shafter High School. His 2004 Black Chevy Colorado was his baby. He spent many hours painting, lowering and working on his truck. He loved to bass fish at many of the local lakes. He loved the Dallas Cowboys. Joseph worked for Bennett and Bennett Irrigation as a systems installer. He is survived by his Father Antonio, Mother Anayanci, brothers Martin and Javier, sister Monique, many aunts, uncles and cousins, also his girlfriend of 3 yrs. Mayra. "He lived his life 1320 feet at a time." Once a General always a General #25. Visitation was held September 11th and 12th from 5pm to 8pm at Peters Funeral Home, Shafter with recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6pm. Mass of the Christian Burial was celebrated September 13th at 10am at St. Theresa's Catholic Church officiated by Father Walter Colocho.
