Jose N. Zarate was born August 16, 1969 to Faustino and Rita (Caro) Zarate in Ameca, Jalisco, Mexico. He married in January 6, 1990 to Maricela (Andrade) Zarate in Mexico. Jose came to Salinas, California in 1986. He was self employed, working in flooring and as a handyman. Jose was a family man who loved spending time with his family. Jose is survived by his wife, Maricela Zarate of Wasco, California; his daughters, Alondra, Anahi, Nicole Zarate all of Wasco, California; his mother, Rita Zarate; his brothers, Cesar, Salvador, Faustino, Macedonio, Gabriel, Gilermo and David Zarate; his sisters, Trinidad, Patricia and Elida Zarate and many other loving family members, aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces. Jose is preceded in death by his father Faustino Zarate. Funeral Service will be held at Peters Funeral Home on Friday, April 18, 2008 at 1:30pm for Jose N. Zarate, age 38, who passed away April 11, 2008. Pastor Danny Arrello, Pastor Saul Viramontes and Pastor Jose Iniguez will be officiating the service and interment will follow at Wasco Memorial Park. A visitation will be held on Friday, April 18, 2008 at Peters Funeral Home Chapel from 9am until funeral service.
