Jose Luis Ramirez Jr., was born in Bakersfield California on September 7, 1984 to Graciela (Garcia and Jose Luis Ramirez, Sr. Jose loved to go fishing and hunting. He did some boxing in his earlier years and enjoyed working out, lifting weights and staying fit and trim. He loved his four children who meant the world to him. Jose was the one who brought laughter to any occasion; there was always a smile on his face and in his heart. His uplifting and encouraging smile will be missed by all who knew him. Jose Luis was preceded in death by his aunt Norma Alicia Ramirez (2006 and grandfather, Santos Ramirez, Ramirez (2003), he is survived by his young children, Jose Luis Ramirez III, Jonathan Ramirez and his twin daughters, Brianna and McKenzie Ramirez; father, Jose Luis Ramirez Sr.; mother, Graciela Garcia; brother Julio Ramirez; sister, Claudia Ramirez-Nunez and husband Israel, many aunts, uncles and cousins. Mass of the Resurrection will be held for Jose Luis Ramirez Jr., age 24, on Thursday, July 2, 2009 - 10am at St. Thomas Catholic Church with Father Jorge officiating, interment will immediately follow at South Kern Cemetery District. Visitation will be held at Arvin Funeral Home Chapel Wednesday, July 1st, from 2-8 with the Holy Rosary recited at 7pm.
