Jose Luis Galvan Palma was born in Guanajuato, Mexico to loving parents Epifanio Galvan Hernandez and Josefina Palma Duran. Guicho as he was called by many, was a loving husband, father, brother, and friend. Guicho enjoyed life to the fullest and had a great sense of humor. He liked making people laugh making friends. He especially loved traveling to Mexicali with his wife and children to visit family. Guicho entered eternal life on August 30, 2021, in Delano. His memory will be cherished by all who knew and love him. Guicho is survived by his beloved wife, Veronica Galvan; son, Jose Luis Galvan Jr. and wife Irene; daughters, Jeanette Galvan, Veronica Cristina Galvan; 8 brothers and sisters; many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
