Obituary

Johnny Yankovich (April 24, 1963 – December 12, 2012) was born to Joseph and Eva (Loncar) Yankovich in Los Angeles, California. The youngest of three children, Johnny was the delight of the family. His quick smile and friendly demeanor made him stand out in any crowd. Johnny enjoyed a comfortable life with his family. When he was younger, Johnny was involved in Special Olympics traveling to Hawaii to compete in Gymnastics, Baseball, and Basketball sporting events. He loved to sing, pretend to the play the guitar, and dance. When his nephew, Ruddy Brillouet, played on the Wasco High football team, Johnny served the team as a water boy – a true highlight of his life. Johnny will be greatly missed by his family and the large network of people that his life intersected with over the years. Johnny was preceded in death by his parents, sister (Karen), and brother (Joseph). He is survived by his nephew, Ruddy Brillouet of Wasco, and Carla (Brillouet) Evans and her husband Josh Evans of New Hampshire. A memorial service will be held at Peter's Funeral Home in Wasco on December 28, 2012 from 4-6pm.
