Joel was born March 15, 1951 in Mexico City, Mexico, to Felipe and Abelina Rocha. He passed away September 1, 2014 in Tulare County, California, from an automobile accident. Joel was a man of faith and loved going to church. He enjoyed boxing and soccer. He is survived by 2 sons, Juan G. Rocha and Joel Rocha,Jr. His son Phillip Rocha, passed away earlier this year. Joel also leaves behind 3 grandchildren. Funeral Mass is Thursday, September 11, 2014 at 10am at St. Therese Church in Shafter, California. No visitation is scheduled.
