Passed away peacefully on January 12, 2022 in Bakersfield, CA. Graveside services will be held at 2:00pm on Friday January 21, 2022 at the Shafter Cemetery. She retired from the County of Kern, District Attorney's Office, Child Support Division after 20 years of service. Joan deeply loved her family, especially her great-grandchildren. She always looked forward to her calls and visits with her close friends Mariam, Polo and Jackie, whom she loved dearly. Joan was proceeded in death by her parents, Bill (Irvin) and Alene Rohrbach and brother LeRoy Rohrbach. She is survived by her brother, Ken Rohrbach (Louisiana), sister-in-law Donna Rohrbach (Porterville), daughter Rynelle New and husband Claude, son Dee Crow and wife Karri, daughter Leasa Crow and daughter Gerrene Crow, grandchildren Tony, Josh, Jordan, Chealsee, Katelyn, McKensee, Jake and Kylie and 11 great-grandchildren all of Bakersfield.
