Obituary
Jeffrey was born in Phoenix, Arizona on July 26, 1962 to Kenneth Dale Reynolds and Mary Alice (Fackler) Reynolds. Jeffrey was a good father and husband to his family. He passed away on February 3, 2015 in Bakersfield, California. A memorial service was held at Christ Church of the Valley on Saturday February 7, 2015 at 11am.
