Jeannie Marie Roark

Jeannie Marie Roark passed away peacefully in Bakersfield, California, on September 15, 2026, at the age of 60.

Jeannie was born in Wasco, California, on April 21, 1966, to Royce and Helen Rogers. She grew up in the Wasco-Shafter area and for the majority of her adult life, lived in Bakersfield.

Jeannie was an incredibly hardworking and dedicated woman. She mostly worked in the scrapping and recycling business. The last few years working in Pumpkin Center for a property management Company. She never shied away from hard work and was known for her strength and determination.

She found joy in planting flowers, yard sales, thrifting, and “junking.” She loved the beach, fishing, watching movies, and spending time with her family. She also loved collecting rocks.

Jeannie is survived by her children, Jennifer Perez (Mando), Robert Roark, and William Roark (Kymburr); seven grandchildren; and siblings Tony Rogers, Danny Rogers, and Wesley Rogers.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by those who loved her.
