James was born in Bakersfield, California to parents E.J. Clifford and Hazel Sue (Lane) Clifford. He met and married the love of his life, Emma (Luna) Clifford. Shortly after, they started their family and raised three sons together. He was a hard worker and provider. James or Uncle Buck as he was called by many, enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping. James entered eternal life on September 26, 2017 in Bakersfield, Ca surrounded by family. James is survived by his beloved wife, Emma Clifford; father, E.J. Clifford; sons, James Clifford, Keith Clifford, Kristopher Clifford; grandchildren, Kaitlyn Clifford, Grace Clifford, Keith Clifford Jr., Zoey Clifford; sisters, Sheena Clifford, Tammy Clifford; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother, Hazel Sue Clifford. A viewing will be held Thursday, September 28, 2017 from 6-8pm at Peters Funeral Home in Wasco, Ca. A Mass of a Christian Burial will be held Friday, September 29, 2017 at 12pm at St. Johns Catholic Church.
