J.B was born in Wasco Ca to Luther and Clara Baggs. He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers; Lin and Raymond; Sisters; Jean Solley and Nancy Cole. He is survived by his son and daughter in law; James and Eve Baggs, Sister; Perlene Hopkins, Niece and nephew; Kathy and Tommy Joe Davison and their family and many friends and family. He enjoyed going camping, hunting, fishing, and sitting by the fire and telling tall tales.
