Jackie Dean Harris was born January 29, 1945 to Claude and June Harris. Born and raised in the Bakersfield area, he attended the local schools. At a young age, Jackie enlisted in the Navy. He served and fought for our country until the late 1960's, when he was honorably discharged. Jackie Dean Harris passed away on May 31, 2015. He will be laid to rest at the National Cemetery on Wednesday June 2, 2015 at 9:15am. Jackie leaves behind all of his family, friends, and loved ones.
