Isabel Aleman Ramos was born January 10, 1930 in Oxnard, California to Francisca (Martinez) and Ramon Flores. "Chavelita" as she was known, grew up in Mexicali and moved to Wasco in 1959. She moved to Fresno and in 1983 married Angel Rodriguez, shortly after in 1984 they moved to Lost Hills. Chavelita was hard working and raised 8 children. She worked in the labor camps and later as a housekeeper for Motel 6. She loved to go to Ranchera Concerts; enjoyed many barbecues with her children and grandchildren; crocheting and reading love stories, mysteries and suspense novels. Isabel is survived by her husband, Angel Rodriguez; children, Celia Rodriguez of San Fernando Valley, Carlos Aleman of Fresno, Arturo Aleman of Sacramento and Rosenda Ramos of Sacramento; brother, Miguel Flores of Calexico; and 85 grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sons, Frank, Raul, Robert and Miguel; and brother, Antonio. Holy Rosary will be recited Monday, October 17 at 6pm at St. John's Church for Isabel Ramos, age 81, of Lost Hills who passed away October 13, 2011 at home with her family. Mass of the Christian Burial will be said Tuesday, October 18 at 10am at St. John's Church. Fr. John will officiate and interment will follow at Wasco Memorial Park. Isabel Ramos le sobreviven su esposo Angel Rodriguez; hijas, Celia Rodriguez de San Fernando, Rosenda Ramos de Sacramento; hijos, Carlos Aleman de Fresno, y Arturo Aleman de Sacramento; hermano, Miguel Flores de Calexico; y 85 nietos, bisnietos, y tataranietos. Isabel es precedida en muerte por sus hijos, Frank, Raul, Robert y Miguel; y hermano, Antonio. El Santo Rosario será recitado el Lunes, 17 de Octubre, 2011 a las 6pm en la Iglesia Catolica de San Juan para Isabel Ramos de 81 años de edad, de Lost Hills, que falleció el 13 de Octubre, 2011 en su residencia rodeada por su familia. Misa de Entierro Cristiano será celebrada el Martes, 18 de Octubre, 2011 a las 10am en la Iglesia de San Juan. Padre John Fluetsch oficiara y el entierro será inmediatamente en el Cementerio Memorial de Wasco. Visitacion sere el Lunes, 17 de Octubre, 2011 de 2-5pm en la capilla de la Funeraria Peters.
