Iris Melvina Tyne passed away at home on October 14, 2011. She was born to Leslie James Molloy and Gloria Gertrude Meyers on December 26, 1929. For 35 years she worked as a nurse at St. Johns Hospital in Sanata Monica, CA. Mrs. Tyne was a proud member of TOPS in the Yucca Valley chapter for 20 years, and was also an Auxiliarian at High Desert Medical Center for 15 years. She leaves behind her husband William Tyne of 53 years. Mrs. Tyne is also survived by her children, sons Kelly Tyne and Patrick Tyne of Yucca Valley, Russell Tyne of Los Angeles, and daughter Sheila Tyne of Katy, Texas, and six grandchildren.
