Howard Jean Rhine is survived by his loving wife of sixty-one years, Marion Rhine and his six kids - daughter, Karen and husband, Bill Keeney; son, Rick and wife, Bertha Rhine; daughter, Lisa and husband, Randy Mizell; daughter, Taleda and husband, Nolan Campbell; son, Danny Rhine; daughter, Krystle and husband, Greg Rodriguez; along with numerous grandkids and great-grandkids. Howard wanted to everyone to know he is in a better place.
