Holly Ann George Diaz January 2, 1978 - August 6, 2025

Holly was born on January 2, 1978 in Bakersfield, CA. She went to Heaven on August 6, 2025, leaving behind her son Elijah Perez, daughters Izabella Diaz and Sarah Diaz along with many other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

Holly attended schools in Wasco, CA and Bakersfield, CA. and graduated from Wasco High School. She began her long term career with Kern Family Health Systems in 2006 and amassed many friends amongst her co-workers, who will attest to her knowledge and professionalism in addition to her caring and diligence.

Holly was an avid traveler and enjoyed many family trips to her favorite places like Palm Springs and Cambria. Because of her love of music her family took many trips to enjoy live concerts and in the process created a trove of memories of the times spent together. She shared her sense of style with her children, often creating outfits for any special occasion. Holly's style ran the gamut from chic to whimsical, and all points in between. She especially loved dressing for the holidays and creating her unique costumes.

Above all else Holly was a very loving person, and a true friend, always ready to lend a helping hand or a sympathetic ear to a friend in need. If you knew Holly, chances are you loved her too. She would make it a point to frequently call family and friends just to share the love she had for them. Holly showed her love by actions, and she rarely missed a daily call to her step-mother to check in, talk about her day and to say "I love you". Holly is greatly missed, but will be forever in our hearts and never forgotten.

Holly was preceded in death by her mother Cheryl Lawson and is survived by her father Rick George and step-mother Patti George; children Elijah Perez, Izabella Diaz and Sarah Diaz, sister Jenny George together with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who will all miss her dearly.

A memorial service will be held at Peters Funeral Home, 1401 7th St., Wasco, CA on August 28, 2025 at 11:00 am.
