Hilda Evonne Glidewell was born in San Fernando, California on September 30, 1937 to Henry A. and Lorraine K. (Ward) Conklin. Hilda was married to Paul Fredrick Glidewell and together they raised their six children. She was a wonderful mother who dedicated herself to her family. Hilda passed away on November 24, 2014 in Bakersfield, California. She is survived by her six children Beverly, Paul, Patricia, Jamie, Robert, and Tyler; grandchildren and numerous family members. Hilda is preceded in death by her husband Paul. A Graveside service will be held at Shafter Memorial Park on Wednesday November 26, 2014 at 2pm.
