Hazel Shoemake 1916 - 2009 Hazel was born to John and Hattie Campbell December 20, 1916. She entered her new life with her Lord, August 23, 2009. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Ammon, daughter Jonell Corcoran, and 2 great-grandchildren, Steven, and Cheri. She leaves behind a daughter, Marlene and husband Bill Kirby, 5 grandchildren, Rhonda, Billy, Jeff, Sandy and Kelly, 19 great- grandchildren and special friend Don Guinn. Private services will be held.
