Harold Wayne Rohrbach was born July 14 1949 in Bakersfield, California to Nora Elizabeth (Harris) and Harold Morgan Rohrbach. He was raised and grew up in Shafter attending Shafter elementary schools and Shafter High School with the Class of 1967. He married his first wife, Barbara and she preceded him in death in 2001. Wayne and Joyce Wright were married April 13, 2002 in Shafter. Wayne worked for Noble Howze Farms for over 31 years as a "jack of all trades"; he did ground leveling, property development and maintenance on the properties. Wayne was a member of the Wasco-Shafter Elks Lodge. He enjoyed being with friends at the Foxy Lady and was a connoisseur of fine Canadian Whiskey. He "grilled a good steak" and passed his techniques to the family. Wayne was loved by all the grandkids. Wayne is survived by his wife of 10 years, Joyce Rohrbach of Shafter; son, Jackie Rohrbach and wife Tanya of Needles, Arizona; daughter, Lisa Heldreth of Mojave, Arizona; brother, Rodney Rohrbach and wife Vonda of Bakersfield; step-son, Stacey Wright and wife Jennifer of Shafter; grandchildren; Jacob Rohrbach, Wayne Maxwell, Phillip Maxwell, Jessica Wright and Patric Emery. He was preceded in death by his first wife and parents. At Wayne's request there will be no services.
