Harold was born to Owen and Bessie Marlow on January 7, 1939 in Muskogee, Oklahoma. He entered his eternal life on December 25, 2018. It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to our Papa. Harold graduated from Tehachapi High School in 1957 and two months later entered the US Army. He worked for many years in the aluminum extrusion business and then went on to work for The City of Tehachapi where he retired after several years. Harold met the love of his life, Marion, in Tehachapi. They spent over 50 years enjoying life together. Singing like Elvis, playing guitar and fishing were his favorite pastimes. He had the mind of an engineer that led to many inventions over the years. There was nothing he couldn't fix and no project he wouldn't tackle. He was preceded in death by his wife Marion. His spirit is carried on by his sister Wanda Hibbs and family; his four children and their spouses, Karen (Richard) Gonzales, Becky Visser, Ted (Patty) Visser and Tony (Libby) Visser along with six grandchildren Russell, Harold, Kristin, Misty, Amanda and Cameron ; nine great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren and his precious dog George.
