On August 4th, 2001, God gifted us with Hannah Grace Jerez. On February 9th, 2024, He took her home. Hannah was a sweet soul. Her caring and loving spirit was undeniable by all who knew her. She was full of love and extended it to those around her. If anyone was hurting, she was always ready to comfort them. Hannah was also very independent and always did things her way. She could be very stubborn at times, which was both a strength and a weakness.

God gave her an amazing talent of creativity which was displayed in her artwork, crafts, cosmetology, and her love for different kinds of food. Along with the rest of our family she was a "foodie." She loved the beach, wide-open spaces, and longboarding. True to her Lemos blood, Hannah loved using and giving nicknames. Joel was "Joelasaurus Rex," Elena was "Ewena," and Olivia was "Schmunchkin." Lastly, she loved anything to do with Winnie the Pooh or Lightning McQueen.

In the end Hannah surrendered her life to the Lord Jesus, whom she had known about most of her life. We find comfort in knowing that she is in glory, no longer suffering and that we will see her at the resurrection (John 6:40). She is survived by her parents, Carlos and Sheryl Jerez, her siblings Joel, Elena and Caleb Jerez, her grandparents Tom and Denise Ulin, and Carlos and Mary Jerez, and many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. We love you Hannah and we say goodbye for now, but not for forever.
