Gracie Marie Crook was born March 9, 1933 in Lonoke, Arkansas to Luther and Marie (Dunlap) Chambers. She was a resident of Rosamond, California where she served her family as a homemaker. She loved to camp, sew, craft, cook and enjoyed her children and grandchildren. She was a loving wife to Harold and a remarkable mother to Ronnie, Sandy, Randy, Kathy and Larry. She had 15 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. She made a great impact on many people's lives and will be truly missed by all who knew her. A graveside service will be held Friday, February 29, at 11am at Wasco Memorial Park for Gracie Marie Crook, age, who passed away February in Lancaster. Pastor Wayne Montgomery of the Christ Community Church will officiate and interment will follow. A visitation will be held Thursday, February 28 from 2pm – 8pm at Peters Funeral Home, Wasco. In lieu of flowers the family wishes donation be made to the Alzheimer's association.
