Glenda loved to spend time with family and friends getting together to play cards. Her passion was watching the food network and trying all the recipes to share with us. She also loved to play bingo and enjoyed spending every waking moment with her grandchildren - they were her life. Glenda never complained about anything, she was a true trooper. Glenda's doctors at UCLA referred to her as "One Tough Cookie". Glenda's best friend and texting buddy was Jackie Wood - oh how they loved to talk on the phone. She will be dearly missed by all those who had the honor to know her. Glenda's funeral service will be Friday October 28, 2011 at 1pm at Arvin Funeral Home followed by interment at South Kern Cemetery, Arvin.
