Genevieve Pearl McClain was born in Shafter, California on September 10, 1925. She married William T. McClain June 27, 1945. She was 88 ½ YEARS old when she passed away on Wednesday May 21, 2014 in Shafter, California. Pearl is survived by her son Michael McClain (Becky) and daughter Kathleen Bailie (Steve); grandchildren Bryan Bailie (Kristi) and Laurie Bailie and great grandchild Madilynn Bailie; many nieces and nephews and her friend and angel Teri Hamilton. She is preceded in death by her husband William; mother Katherine Scaroni, father Rudolf Epp and brother Louis Epp. A Graveside service was held at Shafter Memorial Park on Tuesday May 27, 2014 at 1pm preceded by a viewing at 9am.
