Gayla Francis Jameson July 12, 1954 – November 15, 2010 Gayla was born in Pauls Valley, Ok to JD and Georgia Studdard. Gayla passed away peacefully at her home in Shafter, Ca on Monday November 15, 2010; surrounded by her loved ones. The Studdard Family moved to Shafter in 1963 where she met her long time love Ronald Jameson. They were inseparable from there and had one child names Dale. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Gayla is survived by her husband Ronald, son Dale; and his wife Misty, grandsons Justin and JD, brother Jimmy, and sisters Lynda, Donna, Shelia, Tammy and Georgette. Gayla is preceded in death by her father JD, mother Georgia, and brother Johnnie. A graveside service officiated by Chaplin Wayne Meade (Hoffman Hospice) for Gayla F. Jameson, age 56, of Shafter, Thursday, November 18, 2010 – 10 am at Shafter Memorial Park. Visitation scheduled for Wednesday, November 19, 2010 from 2 to 8 pm at Peters Funeral Home.
