IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Frieda
Lefevre
May 13, 1929 – January 16, 2009
A service was held Jan. 21, 2009, at Joshua Tree Memorial Park, Pastor Roger Hayes officiating, for Frieda LeFevre, a 49-year resident of California and a 24-year resident of Yucca Valley who died at home Jan. 16, 2009. She was 79 years old. A native of Germany, she was born May 13, 1929, to Antione Zeller and Frieda Lell-Zeller. She was a homemaker who was married to Don LeFevre for 49 years. Known to all as a devoted wife, mother and grandma who brought laughter and love into the lives of everyone who knew her, Mrs. LeFevre's favorite hobbies were reading, cooking, shopping and gambling. She loved to feed anyone who stopped by, and everyone loved to stop by. She loved to travel, too, with her husband, Don. They referred to their trips as "burning up the highway" in their motor home. Her family will miss her deeply, but will never forget her. Mrs. LeFevre was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by husband Don LeFevre of Yucca Valley; son David LeFevre of Kyburz; daughters and sons-in-law Karii and Richard Cole of Yucca Valley and Vikki and Mike Long of Landers; granddaughters Chelsea Long and Chloe Long of Landers; grandsons Joshua Cole of Yucca Valley and Cody Long of Landers.
