Frank L. Ybarra "Poncho" 1943 - 2010 Passed away very unexpectedly at a Bakersfield hospital on June 15, 2010. Frank lived most of his life in Kern County, and was loved by "all" that knew him. He is preceded in death by wife, Della Sue; brothers, Joe, Chester, Gene, Albert (Son), Vernon, Oliver; and sister, Janelle and is survived by sisters, Treva and Melba; loving companion of 10 years, Judy Shaw; daughters, Tammie (Tuen) and husband Dwayne Cobb, Francisca Ybarra, Erin Watts; sons, Gregory Allen, and Brandon and wife Amanda; 12 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Poncho loved to work with wood. He was a retired cabinet maker, also loved country music, singing Karaoke, and spending time with family and friends especially Ray McNew and wife Donna. Poncho will be very much missed by all that knew and loved him. No Services. RIP Poncho
